I have had such a positive experience using ATTOM’s Property Navigator service to begin with, but a recently had a particularly impressive experience with Max on their customer service team. I had a recurring question / issue that I finally reached out to them about & was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was it addressed in writing, but Max had gone out of his way to make a personalized video in which he addressed my by name and walked me through the steps of what I’d asked about. I will definitely keep utilizing the service in the future, and am happy to know that if I have anything else come up they’ll be there!

There customer service is horrible ! This guy named Israel , doesn’t know anything , keeps transferring me to Tommy and tommy never answers his phone call , I was willing to purchase a service they were not handy at all , they kept on blaming each other , I finally found another service provider , that was super helpful and easy . I highly do not recommend Attom at any point .
