The customer service and training have been great. I love the concierge service and scoring system. I don’t waste my time with bogus leads like I did with my last service.

The website connected to my service is a little on the plain side. There is an issue with my logos being blurry that I didn’t have on another site that they are still working on.

The initial contact was SUPER enthusiastic, and then the trainer C Spillner was exceptional! If not for both these women, I would have given up long ago as this process started in September! There has been ZERO viable connections, out of over 25 to date. I make it a point to devote time, money, and efforts to this platform, including a new e-mail, and Go-Daddy, (another expense)! It’s been a futile effort thus far!
What do you dislike?
The lead generation has been unreliable, bogus, incomplete, and most of all frustrating. I know your job has to be difficult; however, I feel I have a premium package and underwhelming results from the providers.
