Supply can become stale, not a reliable one stop shop.
One of many aggregators, the consolidation and availability would be significant.
Their advertising platform was great for the year that I had them. Then it went downhill after that.
They increased their rates by a whopping $50 per silver slot after my one-year term, which was $150/month for me. They did not inform me of the new rate increase until after my contract expired. They also weren’t advertising my listings on a couple of occasions when I went to check on them on LoopNet.
Their prices have increased excessively. I recommend that commercial users/professionals use Crexi instead. It’s significantly cheaper and a better platform overall.
Absolutely nothing. This company failed to produce any successful leads whatsoever for my listing and charged me without even publishing my listing for the amount of time I paid for.
The website makes it seem like I was paying for 3 month’s worth of active listings. I disabled my listing while I was busy renovating the office and thought I could renew the listing for the rest of my term. The person I spoke to on the phone said I could pause the listing until was ready but I just called in today and now they’re saying they can’t renew my listing or use the payments I made towards actually publishing my listing for the 3 months I already paid for. I asked for a refund or at the very least the other 2 months’ worth of active listing for my property and they refused. They were also incredibly rude and disrespectful over the phone. The phone agent called me personally insulted me. I’m having to file a fraud charge with my bank to resolve it. As a small business struggling to make ends meet, paying $600 for absolutely nothing is devastating.
