I have enjoyed working this partnership with OJO–to date, I have received excellent leads and have already closed one deal and working on 2 others. Most of the leads are genuine and result in a relationship with the client to sale now or in the future. The communication between OJO Labs and our client as well as myself has been outstanding. The follow up calls to both client and agent are excellent. WAY better than any other lead gen I have used in the past. Keep up the good work.

There are at times leads that state they are searching for one price range but when you get them on the phone it ends up being WAY less. It’s not often, but it does happen. I will get a call from an OJO agent, and they connect me via text or email with the client and sometimes it ends up being a dead lead. I understand this happens once in a while, but the good leads outweigh the lost leads by far!

Everyone is doing an excellent job. I love the communication that is happening on a regular basis to ensure our clients are being taken care of. From calling the clients to confirm we have made the connection all the way to the end of the sale. Thanks again OJO Labs.

I try to fill in when someone is buying and it won’t let me save it, so I just wait until it closes. 35% is pretty hefty it started out mainly 25%.
