Property Minder provides us professional website with powerful tools. We manage buyer searches, email listing information to our clients, manage our calendar and use this tool daily. The program has more options than most agents use and is a great tool for supporting and improving our business.

The program is not as easily used on a phone or tablet.

Don’t bother, bad app, fake reviews
This is a terrible app released by an unscrupulous developer with a grip of bugs and limited or no functionality depending on the status of their server which seem to be down for maintenance quite often. There are plenty of other legitimate real estate search engines out there; this isn’t one of them. Much of the traffic for downloading this app is driven by unsuspecting realtors who are tricked into thinking this is a good way to get their listings out there. Just a quick scan through the reviews should give you a good idea as to the many issues with it and the total waste of time it currently is. Note that you can ignore all the one sentence 5 star reviews with dubious account names; obviously this company has no morals and is paying a Chinese company to boost their ratings. Delete.
