I love that it has so many options for different types of real estate agents and their companies! My favorite is the ability to create multiple lists with different areas, so that we can send our message to the right people automatically. It’s great how you can set up each piece of an email individually, so that it fits your needs the best. Some of the templates are really outdated. For example, there were no “Realtor” sub-lists in 2016. But they have since been added, so that is one of my issues now resolved. Make sure you look into all the features offered by this software to see what will work best for your agency. You’ll be glad you did! Mailing lists! This software makes it extremely easy to set up so many mailing lists that we can’t keep track of them all anymore! It keeps us organized and allows us to target our mailing list to meet our own unique needs!

Easy to use, easy integration into our CRM system (Salesforce). The program is intuitive; it’s clear where I need to go next in my email campaign – so if there are errors or problems with any of them they’re easily seen and corrected before mailing! Nothing specifically that we dislike about this product but maybe more options would be nice? Just give us what you’ve got because all these tools have some benefits as well which can make your life easier sometimes too! We utilize several software programs throughout our business including marketing automation campaigns through MailChimp/Infusionsoft etc., real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia etc.; lead management systems such as Leadbolt, Marketoetc. The best part of real mailers is that it is very easy to use and the customer service is very helpful. I think the price of the service is a little high, but it is worth it. I would recommend real mailers to anyone looking for a great direct mail company. The ease of use and the customer service is great. I am able to send out emails to my list and I am able to track them.

I like that you can create your own templates, but also have access to pre-made ones if needed! The customer service is great as well – they are always willing help us out with any questions we may need answered or problems solved when using their software platform (Real Mailer).
