“TPX is awesome I love it!!!”

What do you like best?

The platform is excellent and easy to useHelps us track our past and current clientsTabs to focus on what is important to us in our database.

What do you dislike?

What is to dislike??? Maybe more drop down menus for more than one mobile number or an easier way to close out a transaction without making a fictitious number of a client you are not working with (I know that was being addressed) MLS#’s search that are outside of your board, because we have several in MI.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The CRM platform is an easy way to keep track of everything all in one place. No need to have other outlets. If you follow up daily, it becomes easier to keep track of the buyers, their needs, and once a sale or transaction is underway, you can keep track of that as well. There is a built-in task list you can utilize or customize your own.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The insights are a fantastic way to keep track of the client’s needs! It was difficult to remember what clients looked at which property and if they liked it or didn’t like is for one reason or another, notes are easily to keep track of specific needs.

“Extremely Disappointed, would not recommend”

What do you like best?

At this stage in my career, I don’t find anything helpful about this software. Would not recommend.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot that I dislike about TopProducer. I do not think that it is very useful when you are first starting and I think it is a giant waste of money. The biggest reason that I am disappointed is that they do not let you out of your contract, which you are locked in for $60/month for 12 months.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. TopProducer does not solve any of my problems and I would not recommend this to anyone that is starting out in Real Estate. Really wish that I would not have been talked into this software.

“Top Producer is Fantastic but it’s now become more Expensive.”

What do you like best?

I have used Top Producer for 25+ years. You can capture leads, stay organized, manage the database, and follow up automatically w/emails and letters effectively. It has a series of reports that you can print to keep track of your business. I only use the CRM portion of the software.

What do you dislike?

Loved the program but they just increased their monthly fee by 50%.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

None that I am aware of.
